Ultra Leisure believes in creating ease and simplicity for our customers by providing a remarkable shopping experience, and we aim to be accommodating with our Returns Policy.
Returns will be accepted within 7 working days of purchase. The Client will receive a full credit subject to the following considerations:
Please note: The Client will be charged for shipping of returns after the 7 day window period.
- All products returned must be unopened, in their original packaging and must be in a saleable condition.
- Original Invoice / Purchase Order needs to be presented.
Returns outside the 7 day FREE return window period:
The Client will be charged a 15% handling fee and receive an 85% refund on unused or worn products, excluding any shipping costs.
Any delivery charges or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of R150.
Ultra Leisure will offer 100% credit for goods returned for exchange (alternative products) for equal or higher value on the original purchase.
Ultra Leisure does not accept returns on imported or specialised items / special orders. (This includes any products not listed on our website).
Products Warranties
The warranty for items purchased from Ultra Leisure is valid for 12 Months from date of purchase - Proof of purchase / invoice has to be provided.
The warranties entitle the purchaser to a replacement of the same product. Should an identical product not be available, Ultra Leisure reserves the right to replace it with a similar product.
If a product has a Warranty longer that 12 months, Ultra Leisure will uphold this warranty however Ultra Leisure will hold this warranty up to a maximum of 2 years. - Proof of purchase / invoice has to be provided.
Replacement Warranty includes the following:
Ultra Leisure reserves the right to repair or replace a product with a similar product/s at the same price where the original product is no longer available.
The products need to be returned in original packaging if the products is returned within 3 months.
Returns for refunds or replacement out of warranty will not be attended to under any circumstance.
Damaged Goods
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Ultra Leisure will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Upon receiving notification that your product is damaged,Ultra Leisure will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product until you receive instruction from Ultra Leisure. After the claims process has been completed, Ultra Leisure will send a replacement item or product at no cost to you.
Failure to follow this procedure may result in a charge for the free replacement item.
Errors and omissions
Please note that Ultra Leisure regrets any errors or omissions that may occur. Sizes and colours could vary from the actual product.
